General
Summary:
Twin Lakes Communications is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Operations Technician to work in the Decatur, Tennessee area.
This position is responsible for the installation and maintenance of customer premise voice, video, and data networks and components.
Assists with initial startup and maintenance of new equipment for customer premises, Central Office, and other Network components.
Works to ensure all services are maintained continuously.
Must be able to be on-call and respond to emergencies.
The successful candidate will be an adaptive problem solver who possesses effective communication and time management skills.
Candidates must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
The successful candidate must be a team player within the organization with a commitment to excellence, integrity, and driven by results.
Qualifications:
The successful candidates for this position should have a High School diploma or equivalent.
CompTIA Network
certification is preferred and will be required of the successful candidate before the probationary period is complete.
